Our History and Mission

We (Donna and David) founded Freshfields Farm in 2012 and had a strong desire to provide fresh food to our local Central Oregon community. We have a deep passion for food, environmental sustainability, and giving back to our local community. Our pesticide-free farm features seasonal produce, free-range eggs, fresh cut flowers, baked goods, all of which we sell at our roadside farm stand throughout the summer and early fall. We also have a CSA (available from mid-summer to early fall), beef shares, and a private wing of our house that we rent out so that people from around the world can visit our farm. In 2022 we completely renovated our kitchen and began offering baking and cooking classes. Donna will customize classes for private parties, including children’s classes. Check out some our “Culinary Classes” page to learn more!
